Thank you for considering sponsoring a Chamber Mixer or Signature Event! Please select the event below and choose your sponsorship level.
Important: Price does not include price of graphic art/production. Please provide your logos as camera-ready art (E.g no word docs, pdf files, etc.) If you are not sure whether your art is camera-ready, you may attach it to an email and send it for review.
- All fees must be paid in advance.
- Sponsorship is on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified, and your payment returned if there is no space available for the sponsorship level chosen.
- All logos must be submitted as finished. "ready to use" art.
- All logos must be submitted as a single file, 300 dpi, exactly matching the size specifications for the activity being sponsored.
MONTHLY MIXER SPONSOR
Mixer Sponsors receive a display table at the sponsored mixer. In addition, logo will appear on flyer, website listing and e-newsletter announcements. Sponsor logos must be received 1 month in advance to be included on flyer and 14 days to appear on website and e-newsletter. Cost: $50
SIGNATURE EVENT SPONSOR
Several times a year, the Chamber hosts Signature Events, and has a wider range of sponsorship opportunities as outlined below. Please see specified signature event for details of when logo file is due, etc.
