New California Law Requires Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for All Employees
Businesses with five or more employees must provide training by January 1, 2020

New Law Requirements
Starting January 1, 2019, California law requires employers with 5 or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training to all California employees by January 1, 2020:
- Two hours of training to supervisors
- One hour of training to non-supervisory employees
- Once every two years and withing six months of hire or promotion
